Saudi plastic art,
under one sky.
Paintings by Mohnad Al Bashi — heritage, figures, gypsum, quiet rooms. Visit the gallery in Al Sulaymaniyah, or see any work on your wall before it arrives.
One artist,
five ways of seeing.
Mohnad Al Bashi has been painting out of the Sulaymaniyah studio since 2015. Heritage pieces in terracotta and cream. Faces you can recognise without naming. Gypsum reliefs that behave like moons in low light. Quiet rooms of taupe and bone. Every day scenes painted small and fast, for Saudi homes.
A galaxy because each painting is its own world, with its own orbit and light. Five collections, one sky. Opened to visitors by appointment, delivered anywhere in the Kingdom, and — new this year — previewed on your actual wall via augmented reality before shipping.
“A painting is a star in a room with the lights off.”
Five ways
of seeing.
A practice spanning Saudi heritage, figurative expressionism, contemporary abstract, sculptural gypsum relief, and the everyday.

I paint
what doesn't go quiet.
“When a memory refuses to settle, I paint it. The loud ones become heritage. The soft ones become quiet rooms.”— حين لا تستقرّ الذاكرة، أرسمها. الصاخبة منها تصير تراثاً، والخفيّة تصير غرفاً هادئة.
Mohnad Al Bashi has worked out of the Galaxy of Art studio in Al Sulaymaniyah, Riyadh, since 2015. Commissions fill his weeks; the gallery is one big workshop as much as a showroom. He paints Bedouin heritage, Saudi faces, abstract neutrals, and sculpted gypsum — five collections you can meet under one roof.
